Make a Magic Hat Using Photoshop

This is a showcase of my skill of using Photoshop to do user interface design and graphic design.
The process of making this hat is detailed listed below.

My working space in PS.

1st step, make an outline of the hat using the pen tool.

2nd step, make other details using the pen tool and give them a base color.

3rd step, using embedded layers, add texture using gradient tools and gaussian blur.

4th step, add flame effect by using the smear tool, gaussian blur, and outer glow effect together.
